The unifying theme is what DAMAC describes as “elevated living within an ecosystem” — apartments positioned not as standalone towers, but as gateways to amenity-rich communities. At DAMAC Hills, the Golf Greens and DAMAC District developments overlook the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, with residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. DAMAC Lagoons offers Mediterranean-inspired living arranged around crystal lagoons, whilst DAMAC Hills 2 presents its ELO tower within a community organised into distinct Water, Sports and Down Town precincts. DAMAC Riverside, the newest of the four, draws its design inspiration from the great urban rivers of London, New York, Paris, Amsterdam and Rome.
Unit sizes across the collection range from compact studios of 325 square feet to two- and three-bedroom apartments exceeding 1,600 square feet, placing the portfolio squarely within the segment of the Dubai market most active amongst international buyers, including a growing number of African investors.
